- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons

- Sesame oil 2 teaspoons
STEPS
Slice the eggplant thinly and soak it in water for 10 minutes to remove bitterness. Then drain the water.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté garlic to release its aroma.
Add the onion to the pan and sauté over medium heat until it becomes translucent.
Add the eggplant and stir-fry until it becomes tender.
Add soy sauce and sugar, mix thoroughly, and adjust the flavor.
