- 2 eggplants (sliced thinly)
- 🥩 200g beef (sliced thinly)
Seasonings

- 🍬 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
STEPS
Prepare the eggplants and beef by slicing them thinly.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the beef to the pan and stir-fry until cooked. Add soy sauce at this point.
Add the eggplants and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Finish with sugar and sesame oil for seasoning and turn off the heat.
