INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 5 sheets fish cake
- 3 crab sticks
- 10 Vienna sausages
- đź§… 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- A small amount of cooking oil
- đź§‚ 1 pinch salt
- A small amount of pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
STEPS
Cut the fish cake, onion, crab sticks, and sausages into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and sauté the onion with a pinch of salt and pepper until softened.
Add the sausages to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the fish cake and crab sticks to the pan and stir-fry until the fish cake is cooked through.
Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and stir-fry again until the fish cake absorbs the seasoning.
Turn off the heat, add 3 tbsp of corn syrup, mix well, and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
