INGREDIENTS

- 250g fish cake
- 4 shishito peppers
- đź§… 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the fish cake into 3cm pieces.
Slice the shishito peppers into similar sizes.
Cut the onion into 8 wedges to match the fish cake size.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add fish cake and onion to the pan and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and minced garlic to the pan.
Sprinkle black pepper and stir to combine.
Add shishito peppers and stir-fry briefly.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
