INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 handful glass noodles
- 2 sheets fish cake
- đź§… 1 onion
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion
- 🥕 sufficient amount carrot
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- a dash of black pepper
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
STEPS
Slice fish cake and vegetables thinly.
Add sliced ingredients to a pan with 1 tbsp soy sauce, a dash of black pepper, 1 tbsp corn syrup, and a suitable amount of cooking oil.
Stir-fry the mixture until vegetables are softened.
Boil glass noodles, rinse in cold water, and drain thoroughly.
Push the stir-fried vegetables to one side of the pan and add the noodles.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp corn syrup, 2 tbsp sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the noodles. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Stir-fry the noodles until evenly coated, then add 1 tbsp minced garlic and mix everything together.
