INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- š Thinly sliced pork 150g
- Goya (bitter melon) 1 piece
Seasonings
- Miso 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Sake 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
STEPS
Cut the goya lengthwise, remove the seeds and slice thinly.
Cut the pork into thin slices and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork.
Once the pork changes color, add goya and stir-fry further.
Add the mixed seasonings (miso, sugar, sake) and coat everything evenly.
Stop the heat and plate the dish to finish.
