INGREDIENTS

- 150g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- 3 green peppers
Oil & Aromatics
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add ground chicken, grated garlic, and grated ginger, and stir-fry over medium heat until the chicken changes color.
Add green peppers and bean sprouts, stir-fry until coated with oil, then add the seasonings and quickly mix everything together.
