- š 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 4 green peppers (120g)
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 5g salted kombu
- š§ 1/2 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and stems, and slice into 5mm wide strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the green peppers, and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the tuna and seasonings (salted kombu and soy sauce) and stir-fry together.
