- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
Condiments
- đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Slice the king oyster mushrooms in half lengthwise, then cut them into thin diagonal slices.
Cut the bacon into 7mm wide strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and king oyster mushrooms, and stir-fry until they develop a golden color.
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce to the pan, then stir-fry to combine evenly.
