INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp minced green onion
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Slice the zucchini and onion into thin strips.
Mix sugar, chili powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and green onion to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp cooking oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Stir-fry the zucchini until it starts to soften.
Add the sliced onion to the pan and continue stir-frying until the onion softens.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the vegetables are evenly coated.
Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and adjust the salt to taste.
