INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (75g)
Fish
- š 1 can mackerel in water (190g)
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the red and yellow bell peppers into quarters lengthwise, then slice each piece into thirds crosswise.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the canned mackerel, and stir-fry briefly to break it apart.
Add the bell peppers and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 2ā3 minutes until softened.
Add ponzu sauce and black pepper, then stir to combine.
