INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 150g napa cabbage
- 100g bean sprouts
Oil and Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 50cc water
- đź§‚ Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces, separating the leaves and stems.
In a bowl, season pork with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add napa cabbage stems and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add napa cabbage leaves and bean sprouts, stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the sauce ingredients and stir until thickened.
