- 4 slices ham

STEPS
Cut off the roots of the pea shoots and divide them into two portions. Slice the ham into thin strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the pea shoots and ham until the pea shoots soften.
Add concentrated soy sauce and sesame seeds to the pan. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
