INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g pork (thinly sliced)
Vegetables and Grains
- 🌱 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup lettuce (shredded)
- 🍚 2 servings of rice
- 🍎 1/4 apple (sliced)
Seasonings and Additional Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 🥚 2 eggs
STEPS
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, and minced garlic, and marinate the pork.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the marinated pork.
Once the pork is cooked, add bean sprouts and lettuce, and stir-fry lightly.
Serve the stir-fried pork and bean sprouts over rice, and top with a fried egg.
Garnish with apple slices to complete.
