INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 120g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 1/2 green onion
Oils and Seasonings
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
Sauces and Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
STEPS
Cut the pork into 1cm wide strips.
Halve the bell peppers lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice into 1cm wide strips. Trim the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the shimeji mushrooms, green onion, and bell peppers, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasoning mixture (ā), stir to combine, and cook for about 1 minute until well blended. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle black pepper, then mix briefly.
