INGREDIENTS
Meat
- š 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- š„ 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 4 shishito peppers
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- š§ Pinch of salt and pepper
- Black pepper to taste
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Season the pork with sake, salt, and pepper.
Cut the potatoes in half, then slice into 5mm thick pieces. Soak in water for 5 minutes and drain. Slice the shishito peppers diagonally.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the potatoes and stir-fry until translucent. Add the shishito peppers, salt, and black pepper, and stir-fry briefly.
