INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- Pork 200g
- Tofu 1 block (around 300g)
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Minced garlic 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Red pepper powder 1 tbsp
- Cooking oil 2 tbsp
STEPS
Slice the pork into thin, bite-sized pieces and marinate with soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, and red pepper powder for 10 minutes.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and remove excess water with a paper towel.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork on medium heat.
When the pork is halfway cooked, add the tofu and stir-fry together.
Once all ingredients are evenly cooked, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
