INGREDIENTS

- š 160g sliced pork

- 30g vermicelli

- 100g chopped komatsuna
Seasoning

- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- š§ 15g salted butter
STEPS
Cut the root off the komatsuna and chop into 4cm pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli, and cook according to package instructions. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Season with salt and pepper, then add komatsuna, ponzu sauce, and vermicelli. Stir-fry quickly and adjust seasoning with pepper.
