- 100g sliced pork

- 1 bag bean sprouts

Seasoning
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil

STEPS
Slice the garlic thinly.
Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Coat the pork slices with cornstarch.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant, then add the pork and stir-fry over medium heat until browned.
Add bean sprouts to the pan, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry. Pour in the whisked egg and cook until semi-set, then turn off the heat.
