INGREDIENTS

- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced thinly
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Slice the zucchini lengthwise into halves and then into thin slices about 1cm thick.
Cut the thinly sliced pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add mayonnaise and pork belly, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the zucchini to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Add soy sauce and grated garlic, stir quickly, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
