INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 150g sliced pork
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetables
- 100g chopped komatsuna
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the root off the komatsuna and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Season the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix the sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the beaten eggs, and stir-fry until slightly runny. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, stir-fry the pork over medium heat until its color changes. Add the komatsuna and cook until softened. Return the eggs to the pan and pour in the sauce mixture, stirring until well combined.
