INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kimchi
- 2 green bell peppers
- 🍖 150g pork
Seasonings
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Other
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
STEPS
Slice the green bell peppers thinly and chop the kimchi into small pieces.
Slice the pork thinly and marinate it with chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Heat some cooking oil in a heated pan and stir-fry the pork.
When the pork is halfway cooked, add the kimchi and green bell peppers and stir-fry together.
Continue stir-frying until all ingredients are evenly cooked and the seasonings are fully absorbed.
