INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦪 100g boiled baby scallops
Vegetables
- 🥗 180g daikon, sliced into thin quarter rounds
- 🥬 50g daikon greens, chopped into 1cm pieces
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Seasonings
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Cut the daikon greens into 1cm pieces. Slice the daikon into thin quarter rounds.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the baby scallops and stir-fry briefly.
Add the daikon slices and stir-fry until softened. Then, add the daikon greens and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Add sake, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and serve immediately.
