- 🦑 150g frozen squid
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers
- 2 slices ginger
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Defrost the frozen squid under running water. Cut the bell peppers in half and slice them vertically into thirds. Julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the squid and ginger, and stir-fry.
Once the squid is cooked, add the bell peppers, sake, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates and the vegetables are tender.
