INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦑 200g cleaned squid
Vegetables
- 🥒 200g zucchini, sliced
- 6 shiso leaves, torn
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Cut the squid body into 1cm strips and the tentacles into 3cm pieces.
Slice zucchini into 4cm pieces and quarter them lengthwise. Tear shiso leaves into small pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, mayonnaise, black pepper) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry squid until it changes color.
Add zucchini and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Then add the mixed seasonings and stir to combine.
Turn off the heat and add shiso leaves, mixing lightly.
