INGREDIENTS
Main
- 1 piece (150g) thick fried tofu
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
- 100g kimchi
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Pat the thick fried tofu with paper towels to remove excess oil and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the garlic chives into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook for 3 minutes until both sides are golden brown. Add garlic chives and kimchi, stir-frying briefly over medium heat.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, and grated garlic) and stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
