INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 300g pork shoulder
Tofu
- 🍲 1 block of tofu (about 300g)
Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 🍜 1 stalk green onion (chopped)
STEPS
Cut the pork and tofu into appropriate-sized pieces for preparation.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, chili powder, and sesame oil in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the pork first, then add onion and green onion and stir-fry.
Once the pork is cooked, add tofu and the prepared sauce, and stir-fry everything together.
When all ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce, sprinkle sesame seeds on top to finish.
