INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 300g minced pork
- 🍶 1 block of tofu (about 300g)
- 🌱 1 green onion (chopped)
- 🥢 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tablespoon sugar
- 🌿 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 🧄 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
STEPS
Drain the tofu and cut it into appropriate sizes.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté garlic and green onion.
Add pork and stir until it turns golden brown.
Add soy sauce, sugar, and chili powder, then stir well to coat the pork evenly.
Add the cut tofu and gently mix, stir-frying for 5 minutes.
Season with salt, then transfer to a serving plate.
