INGREDIENTS

- 🦑 200g cleaned squid
Vegetables
- 150g water spinach
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut the squid body into 1cm wide strips and tentacles into equal lengths.
Trim the roots of the water spinach and cut into 3–4cm pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant, then add squid and stir-fry over medium heat until its color changes.
Add water spinach and stir-fry quickly over medium-high heat.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper, then stir-fry to combine evenly.
