INGREDIENTS
Salad ingredients
- 1 cup cooked edamame
- 🍓 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup white beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

STEPS
Cook edamame according to package directions, then rinse under cool water and drain.
