INGREDIENTS
Sponge Cake Base
- Cake Flour 120g
- 🍬 Sugar 120g
- 🥚 Eggs 3 pieces
- 🧈 Unsalted Butter 50g (melted)
Decoration
- 🥛 Whipped Cream 200ml
- 🍓 Strawberries 10 pieces (sliced)
- 🍬 Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons
STEPS
Place eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat until fully white and foamy.
Sift flour into the mixture and fold gently, then add melted butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Slice the cooled sponge cake into three layers.
Layer whipped cream and strawberries between the slices, and cover the outside with cream.
Sprinkle powdered sugar and place sliced strawberries as decoration on top.
