- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers (120g)
- đź§… 1/4 onion (50g), minced
Staples
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
Seasonings
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
STEPS
Cut the bell peppers into thirds horizontally, remove seeds and pith. Mince the onion and microwave it for 1 minute at 600W, then let cool.
In a bowl, mix ground meat, minced onion, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and pepper until sticky. Divide into 12 portions.
Place bell peppers and flour in a plastic bag, shake to coat. Stuff each pepper piece with the meat mixture.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place stuffed peppers meat-side down and cook until browned. Flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 4–5 minutes until fully cooked.
Add sake, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce to the pan. Stir to coat the stuffed peppers evenly. Serve hot.
