INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 1 fillet salmon
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- to taste kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 a pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sake
- 🍶 2 tsp vinegar
STEPS
Remove the skin from the salmon and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the salmon with salt, pepper, and sake. Massage well, then add potato starch and mix again.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the salmon until both sides are golden brown.
In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, sake, vinegar) well. Add the sauce to the pan and coat the salmon evenly.
Serve on a plate and top generously with kaiware sprouts.
