INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 120g pancake mix
- 🥛 80g milk
- 🌠1 sausage
- 🥓 1 strip bacon
- đź§€ 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 🥚 4 eggs
- Parsley to taste
STEPS
Mix pancake mix and milk to create a batter.
Cut bacon into thin strips and mix into the batter. Skip if desired.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the batter onto it. Alternatively, use muffin tins without parchment paper.
Cut sausage into quarters and place them in the center of the batter. Use Vienna sausages if preferred.
Place one egg on top of each portion of batter. Poke the yolk lightly with a fork, then add a slice of cheddar cheese and sprinkle parsley.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.
Let the egg bread cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
