INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sushi vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
STEPS
Cut the pork into 4 pieces and coat with potato starch.
Slice the bell peppers thinly after removing seeds and stems.
Mix all the sweet and sour sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork over medium heat until the color changes.
Add bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry until softened, then add bell peppers and the sauce. Stir-fry until well combined.
