INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 200g beef short rib
Vegetables
- 🍅 2 tomatoes (400g)
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 4 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Eggs
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
STEPS
Remove the stems from the tomatoes and slice them into 7mm thick rounds. Cut the pea shoots into 3cm pieces.
Season the beef short ribs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the beef until browned.
Remove excess oil with a paper towel, then add yakiniku sauce and white sesame seeds. Stir until the beef is well coated.
Arrange the tomato slices and pea shoots on a plate. Top with the cooked beef and optionally add onsen eggs.
