  • Marinade

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
  • Cheese Sauce

    • 🧀 50g cream cheese
    • 🥛 2 tbsp milk
    • 1/4 tsp consomme powder

Cut pork belly into 3cm pieces. Mix pork with marinade ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.

Chop onion and julienne carrot. Prepare vegetables for cooking.

Mix cooked rice with half of the sesame oil (1 tbsp) in a separate bowl.

Heat remaining sesame oil (1 tbsp) in a pan. Stir-fry marinated pork over medium heat until browned. Add vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.

Increase heat to high. Add rice and stir until it becomes fluffy and separated. Add soy sauce and black pepper, mix briefly, and plate the fried rice.

Combine cheese sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat uncovered at 600W for 1 minute and stir until smooth.
