- 🍆 Eggplant 2 pcs (cut randomly)
- Pumpkin 150g (thinly sliced)
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- đź§‚ Sugar 1 tsp
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Frying oil as needed
STEPS
Cut the eggplant and pumpkin into pieces and coat lightly with flour.
Heat the frying oil to 180°C (356°F) and add the eggplant and pumpkin, frying until the surface turns golden brown.
In a frying pan, combine soy sauce, mirin, and sugar and heat to create the sauce.
Add the fried eggplant and pumpkin to the frying pan and quickly coat them with the sauce.
