INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves (200g) cabbage
- đź§… 1/3 stalk (55g) green onion
Seasoning
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp samjang (Korean miso)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion diagonally into 2cm pieces.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into 2cm pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with cornstarch.
In a bowl, mix the samjang and sake until well combined.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes halfway. Add the cabbage, cover with a lid, and steam for 1 minute.
Remove the lid, add the green onion, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. Add the samjang mixture and stir quickly to combine.
