INGREDIENTS
Chicken Preparation
- 🍗 300g skinless chicken breast
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź’§ 2 tbsp water
- To taste white sesame seeds
Other Ingredients
- As needed salad oil
STEPS
Cut the chicken breast into uniform thickness and slice into 1.5cm wide strips.
Place chicken strips in a bag with the chicken preparation ingredients and massage to coat.
Heat 1cm of salad oil in a pan to 180°C and fry the chicken strips for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
In another pan, heat the sauce ingredients over medium heat until boiling, then add the fried chicken and coat evenly.
