INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 50g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 eggplant
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the pork with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add pork, and stir-fry over medium heat until browned. Add eggplant and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, ginger) and stir until thickened.
Pack into a lunch box and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
