INGREDIENTS
Meat
- š 180g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- š„ 50g carrot, sliced
- 90g green bell peppers, sliced
Noodles
- 100g shirataki noodles, rinsed
Seasoning
- š§ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- š¬ 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sliced chili
STEPS
Dry stir-fry shirataki noodles in a pan to remove excess moisture.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sautƩ grated ginger until fragrant.
Add thinly sliced pork and cook until browned.
Add carrot and bell peppers, stir-frying until tender.
Mix shirataki noodles with the cooked ingredients.
Add mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and sliced chili. Stir well to coat all ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
