INGREDIENTS

Sauce
- 5 tbsp gochujang

- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Shred the cabbage into thin slices.
Peel and julienne the cucumber.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then rinse thoroughly under cold water.
Combine the noodles, cabbage, and sauce in a bowl and mix well. Add toppings as desired.
