INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 500g canned whelk
Vegetables
- 1 bowl lettuce
- 3 perilla leaves
- 3 green chili peppers
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 🍎 1/4 apple
- đź§… 1/2 onion
Noodles
- 100g somen noodles
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp whelk broth
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 drizzle sesame oil
- 1 sprinkle sesame seeds
STEPS
Prepare vegetables and apple by washing and slicing them.
Soak sliced onion and green onion in water for 10 minutes to reduce sharpness.
Drain the onions and green onions after soaking.
Boil water with 1 tbsp salt and cook somen noodles until tender.
Rinse cooked noodles under cold water and drain thoroughly.
Mix vinegar, gochujang, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, chili powder, sugar, and whelk broth to make the sauce.
Combine vegetables, whelk, and sauce in a mixing bowl and toss well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle sesame oil over the salad.
Serve the salad with somen noodles and mix before eating.
