INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍠200g sweet potato, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Garnish
- Mizuna to taste
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- 🥢 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain and microwave on a heatproof plate covered with plastic wrap at 600W for 3 minutes.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
Add the sweet potato and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the sauce ingredients and stir-fry until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with mizuna if desired.
