INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🍠150g sweet potato
- 2 bell peppers
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- đź§„ Pinch of grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, and cut into bite-sized chunks. Slice the sweet potato into half-moon shapes.
Soak the sweet potato slices in water for 5 minutes, drain, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add chicken, and cook until the surface changes color. Add bell peppers and sweet potato, and stir-fry briefly.
Add the sauce ingredients and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until well-coated.
