INGREDIENTS
Main
- 60g Korean glass noodles
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 2 slices ham
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Julienne the cucumber.
Boil water in a pot, cook the Korean glass noodles according to package instructions, drain, and cut into manageable lengths.
Cut the ham in half and slice into 7mm strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, pour in the beaten egg, spread evenly, and cook until set. Flip and briefly cook the other side. Remove, fold, and slice into thin strips to make kinshi tamago (shredded egg).
Mix the seasoning ingredients (vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the noodles, cucumber, ham, and shredded egg, and toss well.
