INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍠1 sweet potato (180g)
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🥛 100cc heavy cream
- 🥛 150cc milk
- đź§‚ 3 tbsp sugar
Topping
- A pinch of black sesame seeds
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wash the sweet potato thoroughly. Wrap it in a damp kitchen paper and then in aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1.5 hours. Leave it in the oven until it cools to room temperature.
Peel the sweet potato and slice it into 1cm thick rounds.
Blend the sweet potato, egg yolk, heavy cream, milk, and sugar in a blender until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a tray, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 2 hours. Remove, stir to incorporate air, cover again, and freeze for another hour.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
