INGREDIENTS
Filling
- π₯ 4 large egg whites
- π 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- π± 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- π° 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- π± 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- π¬ 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- π 1/2 teaspoon orange peel
- π₯ 1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted margarine, melted
- π§ 1 pinch salt
- π 2 cups canned sweet potatoes, mashed
- 1 unbaked pie crust, 9-inch
STEPS
