- 2 tablespoons fresh sage
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- ๐ง 1 stick (8 tablespoons) very cold butter
- ๐ฅ 1/2 cup yogurt
- ๐ฅ 1/4 cup whole milk

STEPS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pierce sweet potato several times with a fork, microwave on High until tender, and mash. Measure 1 cup mashed sweet potato.
Whisk flour, sage, baking powder, baking soda, and fine sea salt in a large bowl.
Grate cold butter into the dry mixture and toss until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Mix yogurt, milk, honey, and mashed sweet potato, then fold into the flour mixture to form a crumbly dough.
Knead dough lightly, stack portions, and pat to form layers. Cut out biscuits with a biscuit cutter.
Arrange biscuits on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, approximately 16 minutes.
Brush baked biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with flaky salt.
